Shipping policy

 

Upon placing an order in our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

SHIPPING POLICY
Designer Blooms delivers 10am to 8pm from Mondays to Saturdays.
As of 2023 July 20, we offer nationwide shipping.
Due to congested and unpredictable nature of traffic and availability of driver, we do not commit to exact delivery time requests.
We have a 2-day lead time for deliveries. This is subject to change during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.


LATE DELIVERIES
As stated above, we do not commit to exact delivery times due to availability of drivers and unpredictable nature of traffic. Orders are to be delivered between 10am - 8pm, PST. This is subject to change during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.


FAILED, RETURNED OR NON-DELIVERIES
Designer Blooms shall not be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the following:

1. If the recipient is not at the specified delivery address
2. If no one responds to the doorbell, buzzer or phone call after a sufficient amount of time
3. If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery
4. In the event that one of the above mentioned instances occurred, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (this varies on location).

Orders labelled as unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund.

 

REDELIVERIES FOR FRESH/MIXED

Re-delivery fees will apply.
You can have your order re-delivered the same day (if it's still within our delivery time window), or the next day. Please note we will not be liable of the blooms' quality.
If re-delivery fails again, the full price of the arrangement will be charged for a 3rd delivery attempt. This will also incur a re-delivery fee.

 

REDELIVERIES FOR DRIEDS

Re-delivery fees will apply.
You can have your order re-delivered (fees will apply) the same day (if it's still within our delivery time window), or it will be re-delivered whichever day you prefer since dried blooms last a long time.
